We are currently recruiting Door Supervisors with at least two years of security experience to join our exciting Night Safety Marshal Scheme.

The Night Safety Marshal Scheme is an initiative aimed at enhancing public safety and confidence, reducing serious violence in high harm areas with early intervention and working in partnership with Sussex Police, local initiatives and businesses to ensure communities feel safe in the night-time economy and to reduce demand on the emergency services.

Location: Brighton, Eastbourne and Crawley.

• Part Time.
• Minimum of 16hrs a week.
• £13 per hour, PAYE.
• Accrued holiday pay.
• Company Pension scheme.
• This position requires candidates to hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Access to EAP (employee assistance program) if required.
• Must be able to supply 5 years of vetting history to comply with standard screening compliance with BS7858.

• Successful candidates will also be offered the opportunity to work overtime at different Resolve locations.

This successful candidate will be required to work on Friday and Saturday nights.

The shifts will be regular weekly hours patrolling from 20:00hrs-04:00hrs.

Plus, additional hours in peak business times when the requirement is high.
